Students will watch a video of a political ad run while LBJ was campaigning for president, as well as read excerpts from the 1964 Democratic Political Party Platform

Goal: To evaluate (compare/contrast) the impact visual and written campaigning has on voters, as well as identifying the type of propaganda being used (attack vs. facts).
